We collect only what is necessary to provide Glimmora Mind. This includes account credentials (email, name), conversation data processed under zero-knowledge encryption, mood and health check-in entries, and device identifiers for push notifications. We do not collect or sell advertising data.
2. Zero-Knowledge Architecture
Your conversation content is encrypted end-to-end before it reaches our servers. This means our team cannot read your messages or journal entries. Encryption keys are derived from your credentials and never stored in plaintext on our infrastructure.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to power your personalised AI experience — building your Mind Twin profile, generating emotional insights, and improving your wellbeing over time. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.
4. Data Retention
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for product improvement.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Analytics are first-party and privacy-preserving.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@glimmora.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification before material changes take effect. Continued use of Glimmora Mind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
